Terms of Service

A completed payment records a public bid in the permanent leaderboard, subject to the Rules. The highest paid bid for a placement is its active backlink; a later higher bid may replace it while all completed bids remain in history. It does not buy naming rights, exclusivity, traffic, sales, endorsement, or any guarantee that a child will ever exist. The author is not legally bound to use your name for anything.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not receive or store your full card number. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are final and non-refundable, including if another bidder outbids you, your placement gets fewer clicks than hoped, or a listing is removed for breaking these Terms.

We may remove, edit, hide, or refuse a placement at any time for legal, safety, moderation, or practical reasons.

You must own or be authorized to represent the URL or brand you submit. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality. Do not submit malware, scams, impersonation, illegal content, hateful or defamatory material, sexual content, group-chat links, or anything that infringes another person’s rights.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and publicly display the submitted URL, name, logo, favicon, and related public metadata as needed to run and promote the auction.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent rankings, accurate click counts, or any particular result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected placement in the three months before your claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these Terms or the Service. The date above identifies the current version; continued use after an update means you accept it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
